Educational Modules for athletes and managers & staff of sport organizations are ready!

We are happy to introduce our Educational modules dedicated to raise awareness about environmental impact of grassroots football and inspire structural management changes that can lead it to better environmental sustainability.

The modules are contained in two manuals, one dedicated to athletes, and the other one to staff and managers of grassroots sports organizations.

The two manuals contains an introduction on environmental sustainability and its connection with sports, insights of the methodology of Non Formal Education used to deliver on the field activities with the two target groups, 9 ready-to-use workshops each with instructions and details on how to work on that and tips for the facilitators, and (in their full version) insights on the 6 main topics with which the manuals deal:

• Energy Consumption
• Water Consumption
• Sustainable Mobility
• Waste Management
• Plastic Consumption
• Environmental Footprint

The two manuals, to be used by trainers, facilitators, sport coaches, teachers and educational providers to run the activities with the indicated target groups, can be also found in a LITE version containing only the practical information about the methodology and the workshops, available in English and in the languages of the sport organizations composing the GREENCOACH partnership: French, Lithuanian, Norwegian and Swedish.
